We are experienced at representing our clients before administrative tribunals, including, without limitation, Cal/OSHA, the Labor Board, the Employment Development Department, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
EMPLOYMENT LAW AND LITIGATION
We work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with the myriad set of laws governing employment in the State of California. Our attorneys have experience in drafting employee handbooks, policies and procedures. Additionally, we are experienced at representing our clients in employment law litigation matters.
ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Our team evaluates each case on its merits and advises our clients on the best course of conduct to pursue. Sometimes, the best course is to pursue alternate dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation, arbitration or informal negotiation. We have extensive experience in all forms of alternate dispute resolution.
APPELLATE LAW
We have experience representing our clients before the California Courts of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. Our attorneys understand the complexity and nuance involved in appellate matters and work diligently to represent our clients' best interests.

ADAM OBEID
FOUNDER
Mr. Obeid graduated with honors from Occidental College and received a Bachelors degree after double majoring in History and Philosophy. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law.
Mr. Obeid has extensive experience representing individuals, small businesses, and large corporate interests in matters pertaining to civil litigation, consumer disputes, employment law and litigation, alternate dispute resolution, administrative law, and contract/transaction concerns. He has successfully litigated cases in state and federal court, before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, and, he spearheaded an appeal before California’s Fourth Appellate District that resulted in a published opinion and the creation of new legal precedent in the State of California. In addition to representing his clients in litigation, Mr. Obeid is also well-versed in transactional work including contract drafting and interpretation, document review, preparation of opinion letters, and insurance coverage review.
Mr. Obeid is licensed to practice law in the State of California, before the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, and, before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
